Without doubt, the most fluctuating currency in the world is the U.S. Dollar. Makes our heads spin around every time a new value is announced. With a current value of Rs. 63, it is one of the most expensive exchanges that the Indian Rupee goes through.
But here’s something interesting to think about.
What if the value of both these became the same?
ONE- CHEAP iPHONES
You could afford an iPhone for less than the current cost of Lava phones. An iPhone in the USA costs $500. So, iPhone for Rs. 500.
That’s a pretty good deal right? And you would be able to biy them yourself instead of ordering your mama’s brother’s daughter’s uncle to get you one.
TWO- CHEAP PIZZAS
Pizzas in the USA cost somewhere about $20-25.
So, while you munch at your packet of Lays Indian Magic Masala that is half full of air, think about that.
Rs. 20 for a large sized pizza. Hmmm….
THREE- BOOKS AT THE PRICE OF STATIONERY
Books usually cost somewhere about $7-10. A Kindle device will cost you somewhere about $100 or less.
For voracious readers, the best way to spend a 100 Rupee note would be investing in the world of literature.
FOUR- INEXPENSIVE DATES
Long drive, Check.
100-125 Indian Rs.- Mcdonalds chalein kya?
FIVE- PRINGLES AT AFFORDABLE RATES
A single pack of the most loved potato wafers, Pringles costs no less than a few hundred Rupees in the Indian market, but if the value of the currencies matched, Pringles would be available for prices equal to centre fresh.
SIX- EVERYONE COULD GO TO DISNEYLAND
Disneyland tickets cost about $100.
And 100 Rs. to spend in a world full of fantasy and childhood dreams is definitely not much to ask for. Their fireworks are to die for.
